Clause 18-67. Excluded and conditional areas
This Clause was new in 2016 and is largely verbatim the same as Cl. 15-9 apart from some editorial amendments. Reference is made to the Commentary to Cl. 15-9.
- certain areas shall be designated as conditional areas. The MOU may still move and operate in such areas, but subject to an additional premium.
- certain areas shall be designated as excluded areas. Such areas fall outside the area of operation.
